The doctor told my parents to prepare for a funeral in March 1971. I was 2. I was in a coma. They said i had Reyes Syndrome. My blood was replaced 7 times. Ordinarily children in my stage of the illness would pass on...or be left in a state unable to do anything for themselves if they survived. They prayed. The request went out over the radio in Southern Indiana. Strangers prayers saved my life. I walked out of the hospital 2 weeks later. At 19 I joined the U.S. Army and served as an intelligence analyst. God is real and prayer is our #1 weapon against the powers of darkness. We need to learn our authority as His children and change our world. By ourselves we cannot defeat him. But with God we absolutely can.

I just love these videos and soothing music....bettter than any drug. I have begun to use these as a backdrop for my prayer and scripture readings. I am now Catholic, but was raised in an evangelical protestant tradition -- how I do miss these hymns! The liturgy of the Mass is a beauty itself, but there just isn't much in the way of congregational singing in the service and it shows. I lovingly and jokingly say to my Catholic brothers and sisters that Catholics can't sing! These arrangements call to mind every word and the messages of comfort, hope, praise, and strength conveyed within the music. What a blessing! Thank you!

Please pray for my son who is going through a chronic illness for so many years. I need a miracle from the Lord. Sometimes he gets too emotional for everything that he's going through including abuse from doctors and medical facilities and errors. I'm always advocating for him, but it is the Lord who has to protect him. I tell my son to continue trusting in our Lord Jesus Christ. He never fails to His promises. He is our only hope.
