For the "Impossible" performance, it was completely unrehearsed. Christina's team was already full by the time Caitlin Caporale auditioned so she couldn't turn for her. Christina was impressed by Caitlin's performance and wanted to share a "special moment" with her so she asked if she wanted to sing just the chorus together (which was a pretty sweet gesture). I don't think Christina has performed the song live in over 10 years and it definitely shows since she stumbled over the lyrics a bit but they totally killed the performance! Caitlin looked like she'd died and gone to heaven :)

The song where her voice sounds dark at the end is called 'Anywhere But Here' but it's been lowered because of copyright. You should listen to the original version though. It is dark, deep, and can be interpreted to being about many things. Her voice on it is deeper, and makes me bawl like a baby, lol!

She sounded like Cher on that record. It also shows how used she is to singing with a lowered larynx to be able to sing the entire song like that. My voice would give up halfway and revert back to normal lol
