Victoria Ahmed theoretically in a Rucksack carry already when they are a newborn. With this carry there is less head support so I wouldn't suggest this for a new born. The more head and torso control they have, the easier it becomes and with a bigger baby it's also easier compared to reaching for a tiny baby on your back.
