around the 10:00 mark she is 100% correct. Do not answer with "yes it is available" ... i'll go a step further than Christina. I worked in sales for nearly 10 years and first rule of thumb is never let the customer answer with a simple yes or no. You want them to make a commitment. So if they write, "Is this still available", you can respond with "yes. what day and time would you like to come see it"

Thank you for including the cost of your time. I see so many flippers who only include the price of their materials in their profit margin and never consider the cost of their time. I appreciate all your tips here.

Thank you Christina for the great tips! I buy a lot of furniture to refinish on FBM and it amazes me how so many sellers don’t even put measurements in description! Thank you for sharing your talent. Great tips too! Please don't take this the wrong way (not meant to be in a mean way), try to give your hands a rest, many youtubers feel they need to constantly move their hands while talking thinking this is a good way to keep the viewers attention. It is not, instead it's very distracting. 😊

Thank you for this informative video. I’m pretty new at repurposing/upcycling furniture. I have used OfferUp and FB market Place mostly for my sales. I have noticed for my state, CO, the farmhouse, country farm house, done in white or gray distressed, seems to sell the quickest. I really like trying to do different colors, with maybe stencils and transfers, but I feel the labor that goes into these pieces, warrants another sales site like maybe Etsy to sell. Customers just don’t seem to want to pay the price here. I would love you to do a video on doing commissioned pieces, as I’ve thought about that. I believe one has to have a lot of confidence in their work to take that on however, a bit scary if you mess it up, especially if it’s a loved piece from their home they’ve brought to you. Love your videos and work. Thanks again
