Amen. When God asks me to do something, a lot of the times there is a blessing attached for someone else. Sometimes there are instances when I get confused about whether it's really His Voice, but when I see Him show up after my obedience, then I know for sure. Sometimes He uses the little things to strengthen our faith and connection to Him. It may seem weird to other people, but they're not the ones we're meant to please. The Israelites followed His every move, stop and go, and that's what I believe God wants from us. For Him to be our final Counsel. (Numbers 9:15-23)

Wow this really applies to me. I recently began to take my walk with God seriously. And I felt a conviction about my current living situation. I have a one year old son and living with his dad, we’re not married and I feel that God is telling me I need to move and stay single so I can serve Him with no distractions. This doesn’t make sense to anyone in my life everyone is asking if I’m doing the right thing, especially because I’m not sure how I’ll afford everything. But I know God is a provider we will be okay. I’ve already started looking for apartments and some furniture. I don’t have the money for it yet but I know we will be okay. I’m just going to step out in faith, please pray for me.🥰

Listen God will provide! Take the step of obedience, this doesn’t mean it will always be smooth and easy but it will be worth it! I’m a single mother of two and I choose not to settle, even with their father. I know I need a leader and someone who will cover us. Trust Jesus! You won’t regret it

Praying for you! Don’t give up. It’s SCARY and it would be easier to stay but what is waiting for you on the other side of your obedience? (Answer:God’s glory - you’ll give Him glory with your obedience and he’ll give you peace, love, joy, long-suffering etc) can’t wait to hear your testimony.

There was a time when a BIG decision in my life to make I kept trying to "hand it off" to other people who I "knew" followed Jesus... God impressed on my heart it was my decision to make and to seek His counsel. So I would caution people against handing off decisions or just defaulting to others because God does speak to each of us and sometimes stillness and trust are what brings the answer to us. In my case, multiple counsels was confusing and I was tempted to default to "logic" like they all were doing, but a different path was meant for me. Seek peace, you'll find God's answer 🕊️

This! God is an intimate God, he wouldn’t tell others what he can tell you FIRST. Why would He tell others what concerns YOU and your life. Hence lots of people go to prophets believing some people can hear God, some don’t ..and what not. Truth is, we all capable of hearing Him. But it takes RELATIONSHIP. To be able to identify his voice and his character. Maturity in faith brings discernment and discernment brings clarity to whatever God is asking you to do. You can ask people for advice obviously but that shouldn’t be the source of our answers. If anything, they should only serve as confirmation, something the Lord has already spoken to us.

Sooo good! Be very careful who you seek counsel from! My husband and I made a very bad decision to leave the place where God had sent us. This decision cost us 7 years of wandering in a desert. We had gathered "yes men" around us to give counsel and confirmation. They loved us and meant well but I think they just told us what they thought we wanted to hear.

So, let's be transparent. I'm with Holly. A lot of people seek God when they are in trouble. Like my mom used to say, a hard head makes a soft behind lol. So a lot of people fall short in seeking God first for counsel until they LEARN to seek God more. It's learning to get out of our own way and allowing God to lead. And on a lighter note: thank you God for the ending prayer. Lord knows there are some things that I am needing to let go and let you take the wheel. God give me strength, courage, and the ability to do so, because I know your will is better than my expectations. Thank you Lord in advance for what you are doing and going to do in my life. I recently had a conversation with someone who was emphasizing that God speaks through His word alone, whereas I have “heard” God speak to me and *not* through His word. I think we all should be careful when we say such things, specially to toddler believer because at the end of the day, God is GOD and He will “speak” to us in the way He knows we will know is Him, either by bringing an unbelievable amount of peace, placing things in our mind that we KNOW like we know that it is *not* us creating that thought, the word, other people, etc. Per that conversation I had, for a moment I started doubting myself and the many times I had ‘heard’ God speak to me many times, but then I did have to remind myself that God cannot be placed in a box ❤️

Wow what a incredible topic talking about and those amazing testimony from each one these beautiful woman of God. I know in my personal life I didn't always seek God about certain things that's when frist redicated my life back to God. Being very anxious about something had been praying for. Yes I have heard God auiodable voice he spoke to me and said seek ye the kingdom and his righteousness and then all shall be added unto you. I didn't understand really what he was saying but once started reading the word more he made it very clear to me.as year's that been saved now I definitely acknowledge God about things because I don't want make bad choices made before because if not his will definitely don't want nothing to do with That's concerning anything if he say no that's not my will for my life I'm willing to expect it because God knows exactly what best for my life. I'm really enjoying these topics on better together it's really benefit me in so many ways especially people testimony.

The beginning statement was distasteful . It’s about relationship. My relationship is different from yours. Some of us want his opinion in everything and yes he does answer about your hair, clothes, etc... Just like you would ask your best friend or your daughter, which dress? The lord cares so much about the little things. He does answer. Don’t put a limit him.
@Shefightsdifferent3 жыл бұрын
Yes he definitely does care about what some say are “little things”. I grew up with a mom who wouldn’t go to the grocery store if she felt the Holy Spirit said not too. I was young and annoyed but now that I’m older I get it and he speaks to me the same way. It may be about eating a snack, what to wear, etc. Keep following him over everything! He will never lead you astray! Blessings

While it's good to hear the lord on every detail in your life. You have to take step to grow deeper in God where u r not taking baby steps of asking what should I wear or should I go to the supermarket?every single time. But moving ahead because his leading and voice is so clear that he orders your step every step of the way without having to ask every single time. We should aim to move from taking milk to eating strong meat. That's the beauty of our christian walk. We grow if we stay deeper in God. Shalom
@asiamonyoi2 жыл бұрын
@@deborahomolola8336 everyone is in a different place in their walk with Christ and everyone’s relationship is different. Even with your statement which I don’t completely disagree with you have to understand that Her saying this is discouraging to young/new believers, believer like myself who was raised in Christ and has strong discernment but still like to ask the Lord the little details. True you do have to grow deeper. Discernment is a gift from the Holy Spirit yet, I still want to know what he likes on me and no matter if we’re like Esther, who heard from the father through her uncle or like Samuel or Moses who heard directly from the Lord,the lady in this video is misrepresenting the Lord. He does indeed care if your earrings match your dress if indeed it is something you care about and ask him about. He loves to be included in our everyday life. There is no limit to the Trinity, there is no question too big or too small. He’s a father. My father.
