I had my child before they could or did tell the sex of the baby before birth. I had a home birth and when my beautiful child slid out someone yelled out "It's a boy!" and I was filled with joy. A couple of seconds later the Midwife said "No, it's a girl". And I got to experience the exact same joy. I've always been grateful for that experience and truly knowing without a doubt the sex didn't matter at all. Just like you I was simply thrilled she was healthy. My baby is now 48 years and still healthy and so wonderful. And actually I am a grandma of a 20 year old incredible, wonderful granddaughter too. Enjoy your last days alone and may you have endless blessings ❤

Wahoooooo!!!!!! Congratulations :) 🎉 I am from the states and when I was going through my pregnancy the midwives kept trying to get me to ask what I was having and I said no. The people at the baby shower were very upset because they didn’t know what to buy for me. I held my ground and said too bad. We were so pleased that after losing 2 that we had a little girl. It was a great surprise. It’s always your choice and I am so happy for the three of you and fur babies too. ❤
