I've been going to Bonaire for over 25 years and love it! BUT I would absolutely advise going to Klein Bonaire. It IS different, and certainly worth going! There's nothing on the little island itself, but we go by boat and do a dive or two and never get on the island. Sometimes it was the best dives of the whole trip.

Just visited the Donkey rescue last week with my daughters. The park was flooded by the record rainfalls they have been getting. There was no drive through as it was flooded. We were happy to contribute and chat with the owner. We got in the soaked pens with the donkeys.....I recommend everyone visit to help support them with their latest venture to concrete platform areas so when this happens again the donkeys wont be at risk of wet hoof.

I've been there several times mainly scuba diving. I didn't know there was so much to see and do. I feel ashamed that I didn't check it out more. Thanks for a great video. I'll have to plan another trip.
