Not even 5 minutes in and I want to applaud you katie and cullen for the fish tank. You set it up BEFORE getting the fish and only got two fish as to not crowd the tank because it's small. Good job guys :) usualy people only say what people are doing wrong with animals, I decided to be positive today. Looks like you guys had a blast for xmas!

We got to bed at 4:10 on Christmas Day.. my husband & I were just as excited as the two of you! We make our kids stay in their room so they don't see the tree without us, so our son called us from his room when they all woke up & it was 4:45am!! 30 mins of sleep was NOT enough, but.. it WAS enough for Santa.. he had spoiled us rotten, once again. Merry Christmas to you & yours! Looks like a lovely time. I'm going to add the advent reading to our Christmas Eve party next year. Loved that part. xx

Not sure if you guys have a heater or not for the fish but I have the same fish for my son and we found they stayed at the bottom of the tank the whole time until we got a heater. They like the water 64-86°F but prefer temperatures of 72-80°F...that's according to the Glofish web-site. Now they are all over the place, maybe an idea if your water temp is cooler.

Can everyone please pray for kade! He is a little 4 year old boy in my hometown. On Christmas Eve he was at a relative house playing in a wooden playhouse and it collapsed on him causes severe head injuries and brain swelling also he has no brain activity at this time. He is getting another brain scan today and can use all the prayers he can get. #prayersforkade 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Edit: Kade Dylan went home to Jesus today at 4:18! Thank you all for the prayers.

My Christmas wasn’t the best unfortunately. My husband is the gm of a hotel. He had an overnight worker quit. He had to cover the first shift the day before Christmas, then on Christmas Eve his Assistant manage bailed and said she had plans and wasn’t helping (she’s now fired too). So he has to go in without any sleep. His relief was supposed to come in at 3, so we could “let Santa in” hut she calls and says she’s too drunk to work! Thank god for his morning shift worker for coming in at 4:30 or our kids might not have had gifts under the tree! He was dealing with all of this while he was extremely sick with bronchitis! Top it all off, I got sick and my 15 month old started running a fever overnight Christmas Eve! It wasn’t pleasant at all to say the least! But we are grateful for what we do have an know it could be worse, but I do feel like we need a Christmas do over!
