I just wanted say I’ve been watching since 2021 and this help me understand diabetic stuff I’m still in the know type there getting mixed signals if I’m type 2 or 1 I’m thinking I’m type one because my high and lows I’ve been having and this helped me understand Im not alone and Im happy coming across you guys because this been a journey for mine diabetic thx guys ❤😊
