Which ones did you make? They are truly lovely but I’m equally interested in how they taste, particularly since they use flours I’m less familiar with. I don’t have rice flour but wonder if corn flour will be an equal substitute.

The recipe calls for "powdered sugar" and in the video it looks light brownish. What type of sugar is this please. The powdered sugar I'm familiar with in Canada, is very very fine white granulated sugar, also called Icing Sugar.

hello, I tried your previous videos and I have a problem with my biscuits. they do not keep their shape after cooking. it flows and the shape is much less beautiful....... can someone help me ?

@juliettemartinez180 hi. Maybe your dough was too soft. Try leaving it in the refrigerator longer, so the butter has hardened before putting it directly in the preheated oven.
