All we can do is live each day at a time. I write lists and put thing on the calendar so that my brain does not get clogged up!!! I also like making plans for things to look forward to. I am decluttering I inherited load of things from my in-laws so now I am selling it on or donating it is very cathartic and earning a little money along the way. Stay well. xx

I really admire how nicely you keep your home. I’m in a similar stage of life, being a carer on both ends (kids/parents) and it can be really exhausting and overwhelming. I’ve let me home go a bit and it makes me feel anxious. I need to make time to give everything a good clean. I know it will make me feel better. You have inspired me to give my glassware and dishwasher a good clean this week. Yay!
