CHRISTMAS🎄at the 💲DOLLAR TREE 2022 & 30 Minute Cheeseburger Potato Soup! | Shop & Cook With Me VLOG

Hey family!! In today's video we check out the holiday items at Dollar Tree and Tractor Supply and make a 30-minute Cheeseburger Potato Soup for supper!
Instant Pot Cheeseburger Potato Soup
Ingredients:
1 onion, diced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 pounds ground beef
8-10 diced red potatoes, more or less depending on their size
6 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
4 cups shredded cheese, I used sharp cheddar and a little mozzarella
parsley for garnish, optional
Directions:
Turn instant pot on sauté setting and add the vegetable oil. Add the onions and ground beef and cook until ground beef is done. Drain any excess grease. Add the red potatoes and the beef broth, stir well. Cover, seal, and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes. Allow a 10 minute slow release of the pressure when cook time is up. Quick release any remaining pressure. Remove lid and take out a little bit of the broth to temper the heavy cream, then add it to the soup. Add the cheese and stir until melted. Serve with extra cheese for topping and parsley!

Hello Moss family. Just wanted so tell you that you are such a blessing to me and others. Falon ,Big Lots and Walmart have solar Christmas lights for around 16 dollars. You can use them for a few years. We use them on the graves on family members every Christmas. Just wanted to pass that info along. Works better than the battery operated lights. Soup looks very good. I like the ribbon you got. Please keep my brother Tommy in your prayers. I have told you before about him having kidney cancer which spread into his lungs. He is now in the hospital and Drs are recommending hospice care for him. He is unable to walk or stand on his own now and has went downhill fast in the last couple weeks. He has lost a bunch of weight too. They are doing an MRI to see if the cancer has spread to his spine. He is in heart failure too. He has been a pastor 40 + years.

I made that soup a couple years ago in the crock pot and it was absolutely amazing. My brother said, this is something you get in one of those nice restaurants, lol. Try solar lights for the tree. Cheaper than batteries. I leave mine out all year for yard lights. And if the power goes out.. I bring them inside for light😬 Soup looked delicious! Have a Blessed evening!🌻🍂

Fallon I saw a lady take two of those 5 dollar trees and flatten one side of each so she could put them together. She tied them together then fluffed them out. It made a beautiful thick tree for total of 10 dollars. Great for those on a tight budget. And they are good on their own for a porch or kids room. It's good people have options with all the people struggling right now. Everyone wants to celebrate with their kids. 🎅🎄🎅🎄🎅

We make a similar soup and add a block of cream cheese to make it smoother. Love the 5.00 tree! 🌳
