Yay for Christmas! I know it’s hard to think about how much money we need to save, but it’s so much better than running all your accounts completely dry. That happened to me last year and it was some scary stuff! But it was the kick in the butt that I needed to never allow that to happen again!

OMG these sheets are SUPER cute!! I have a cash envelope sinking fund for Christmas. I put $60 a month away. We only buy for our nieces & nephews. Hubby and I haven't exchanges Christmas gifts in YEARS (we don't have children).

MRS BS thank you! I want to do something similar next year saving all year possibly in cash. I can’t decide if I wanna continue the sinking fund now in cash or capital one. In the future when we are debt free id like to contribute to maybe a big trip or big gift for penny and all her cousins.

My hubby and I started buying something for the house instead of gifts for each other. Last year it was blackout blinds for our bedroom. It made it easy for both of us..One less gift to worry about lol
