Excellent information and video! Thank you so much for sharing! I can see from the other plants in the background that you are quite the plant whisperer! They all look amazing!! And I used your method to try to propagate some cuttings. It has taken patience on my part but I have roots and I am so excited!! 😊

I have used well drained soil and whenever I tried to grow this jygocactus found a common problem. The green surface of the plant start shrinking like old age human skin and then damaged. I have used fungicide periodically thinking the root rot issue but seen same issue repeating. What could be the issue and its solution? This is the 3rd time in this winter I am doing but don't know whether same issue will happen this year also. I give water only when found soil mix is about to dry.

Tried this and mine rotted at the ends, did everything like your propagation video, just a little tip in water, still rotted. 🤷🏽♀️

Did you talk about water propagation? If it is not working for you then simply insert the cuttings in fine sand, do not water immediately. Water after 4/5 days. Just turn the soil lightly moist... Always start with semi-hardwood stems (modified stems) for good results. Best of luck 🌷🌸☘️

Your soil level is entirely too low in your first image. 2" from the pit rim. If you cannot get something so basic correct then i cannot trust the rest of your information.

Or maybe seeing as all the plants look healthy it doesn't matter?
@tbiggs10878 ай бұрын
@@lisablue6020 It does matter. Proper fundamentals are core in a plants longevity of health. In a video anyone can pose anything to appear healthy at that moment. But again, without basic fundamentals of quality PROPER care, the plant will suffer eventually. Your comment makes zero sense. And if you knew those fundamentals you may not propose such an indifferent excuse.
