I’m so sorry, I did not see your comment until now. Egg whites would work in place of meringue powder, but I do not have a recipe for that. Although many are available from other bakers. The cutter designs are my own, but I don’t sell them anymore. I only sell the STL files for 3d printing. Small sandwich bags would work if you don’t get the ones that are folded.

Yes and no. It depends on the set and the designs. For this set I had outline and flood consistency for my white icing, but everything else was an all in one consistency.

Sometimes… I used to strictly use outline and flood, but I’m opening up to using all in one depending on design. For these, I used all in one consistency, except for the white. I had some detail consistency white icing.
