I was on a Christmas cruise on the Carnival Splendor in 2018, seven days starting on Dec 22. It was so expensive (at the time I thought it was expensive) but I wanted to experience at least one Christmas cruise. The ship was beautiful! Everyone was so festive and happy. People were walking around in their ugly Christmas sweaters and some in their Christmas pajamas! It was a fun time. 😊

Hi guys! I’ve been on a pre-Christmas cruise with Carnival a few years ago. Decorations were just gorgeous. This past Thanksgiving, the whole family (10) was lucky enough to cruise with Carnival again. The only thing I was disappointed in is that the Thanksgiving dinner was exactly what’s on the menu for Christmas. Surprising. Hoping you guys have a Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year 🎉

It is surprising that they use the same menu for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Some of the traditional dishes are the same, but you would think the chefs in charge of the menus would welcome the challenge to make them more unique. Thanks for watching and sharing your experiences!
