Ok. We are BOTH moving to Lisa’s house-I hope she’s ready for us! Woooow this cushion is huuuge and it looks sooo well made! If you told me you got that from a shop I would dead on believe you. Smart move with the fabric swatches those can be used for a multitude of things! Damn you’re making wanna learn how to use a sewing machine now. It seems so easy once you get the basics down. And all the things you can do with it! Nice pops of color on the hat accenting. Always gotta strive for “handmade” in my world bc I am perfectly imperfect for sure.oooh cutting the edges so the points are more prominent is such a good tip! I coulda used that bit of knowledge on my project but-handmade, right?! The unfolding reveal was so satisfying. Now that it’s stuffed-turn it over!!! Yassssss it is stunning Claire! It looks legit and as much as you said it’s not neat or straight-it looks pretty damn neat and straight to me!! Gorgeous love! I had so much fun collaborating with you again! Dammit! My sewing machine and I have an unhappy relationship. And, tho I can cross-stitch, I'm not that good at actual sewing - plus arthritis in my hands - so 😭😭😭😭 I'm just going to have to love this from afar!! Fabulously done, Claire. Don't know what part of the world you're in but there's a cream called uddermint, its used on dairy cows but loads use it for pain, myself included, its natural so safe to use but makes such a difference! My mother has arthritis in her foot and this cream works wonders! It was actually discovered by a farmer who had arthritis in his hand but didn't have gloves on while applying it to his cows (strong menthol smell) and discovered the pain in his hand had disappeared! There's actually a Facebook group - cures and queries - and if you go on loads say how amazing it is. Hope it helps 😁

@@amethyst1826 no problem at all, I'm in Ireland and even football clubs use it! I have herniated /slipped discs and eases the pain a lot for me. Hope you can get it and it works. Just a word of warning if you do use it don't rub your eyes as it's menthol and will really irritate! Happy New year to you too and stay safe

In answer to the last question, No, no you can not. I just live the gnomes you make. Be them cushions, air dry clay, sock, cardboard, MDF or needle felting. They are all awesome. I have a harder time with the resin and jesomite(?). If I watch those, I am going to want to try them, and that stuff/ style of stuff sounds expensive. But live for the less expensive style stuff. TFS.

Hi Claire, Another fun, entertaining video, with a great cushion at the end of it. I have set a challenge for January for makers to make a clock from any material, any size as long as it tells the time. LOL. There are 34 in it so far but I don't have anyone that makes things like you do so I would be so grateful if you would accept the challenge. I posted a short video on Friday explaining the challenge.
