I decorate in traditional red and green, but I did buy a couple of those large silver balls to add glam. There are going to be a lot of those velvet balls this year in videos.

Sounds gorg!! There really will be a lot of velvet styling this year lol! I have to be honest though, I’ll have to see how things pan out when I fully decorate but I unboxed my tree last week to see what it looks like and to see how things flow together and I’m actually thinking about only using a couple (if any) of the velvet ornaments! They are beautiful as it’s own product but with what I’m going for I’m not sure if I’m a huge fan and I feel like I’ve seen it so many times already that it made me like them a little less haha! We shall see! 😬😬

I fell in love and bought a few Christmas balls for my tree this year, similar to the ones you had, but I’m wondering how am I going to hang them as they are really heavy for the tree branches…do you have a hack to do that?

I haven’t started decorating yet so I’ll have to see how it works out but I’m thinking I’ll have to tuck in the heavier ones deeper into the tree and have the lighter velvet ones on the outside. I think that will add dimension and keep the heavier ones from weighing the ends of branches down! Once I start decorating the tree I’ll make sure to share any tricks I can come up with !

You found some really high end pieces . I’m so confused my last years colours were red and green , before that pink and silver . Now I’m really liking the earthy amber and gold . How many more colours will I go through lol ??? I always think all colours look pretty but not Christmas . Red and green are traditional but not as elegant
