For the first time ever, I see someone mentioned my favorite Christmas movie of all time... Prancer! If you haven't seen it... please put it on your list. It captures my heart every time. The little actress touches me to the core. Her gentle , believing spirit is what Christmas is all about to me. Love the way the room turned out.

National Lampoons Christmas Vacation is our families favourite. We make a night of it with egg nog in the moose glasses! It's our tradition to watch it together as soon as the house is all decked out and I mean decked out.

That movie is a very close second for me. Some years I have it as my favorite with A Christmas story in 2nd place. We always had “A Christmas Story” on repeat on TBS every year. We still watch it every year. Funny, I graduated in ‘77 and today’s my 66th birthday. I love everything you did to room. I love it! Just perfect! I would love to do my grandson's room like that! Growing up Rudolph was the show to watch, early 20's The Christmas Story (the Chinese restaurant in the movie was actually a Bo ling alley and the W was out on the sign), and as a 60 year old Grandma I just love the movie "Prancer"...a little slow moving but parts were filmed in my home state (Michigan) and what is not to like about Sam Elliott!

My favorite is also A Christmas Story. I was born in 1984 so I've watched it every single year of my life and ever since the 90s when they started doing the 24 hours of A Christmas Story on whatever channel that was, I do that too. I don't know that my family loves watching it twelve times on Christmas Eve and Christmas day quite like I do but it's a happy tradition for me.
