I feel you on the Christmas baby 😅. My birthday is December 27th, my daughter December 12th, my sister’s is December 24th and her son’s December 16th. It’ll be even busier every year but the most fun ❤ Also your toddler advice is spot on. My kids are 11, 8, 4, and 3 months. That way of parenting has always worked for mine and I’ve never had to “kid proof” my home.

It turned out great!! Since I mainly decorate with Santa's, red and green are always my main colors. I've never done ribbon on my trees though but i might have to try it on one next year. I do like the way it looks.

I have never used traditional colors except in my kids’ areas when they were younger, both almost grown now :(. until this year. I’m doing 4 trees myself. You’re my inspo to get it actually done. I have the really sparse real look tree in doing in champagne and acrylic. Then metallics and neutrals on a flocked kof tree. Then I’m doing a burgundy/gold one which I’m so excited about, on the HD tree. I’m doing like the spiral type bauble clusters with the clusters of the tall taper led candles. Then I have a diy mannequin tree with a black velvet body that I’m doing copper, bronze, a lil gold, Amber glass, deep green flocked ornaments, then the multi color/texture green pks from HL(sage, lime, dark green) in the 2 med, large sizes. The ribbon will be a 4” moss velvet, a double layer of 1.5 inch fall plaid, and an accent of 1inch glittered copper ribbons. Im not as excited to do it, but so excited to see it. Love you, love seeing your beautiful family. Prayers for a happy and relaxing maternity leave and healthy, easy delivery!

Love the way it turned out. The burgundy velvet poinsettia picks are gorgeous with the gold trimmings. Sweet Brynn had a ball flicking the bells while you added the ribbon. I hope you are taking it easy, as you are nearing the arrival of Baby Brother "C" 👍🏽🎄❤️🤍🎅🏽

You make me nervous standing on those chairs while pregnant and I would yell at my daughter doing that while pregnant but I probably was standing on chairs during my pregnancies too 😂. I think the office looks great. I have always liked red/maroon color with gold and used to use those colors for Christmas decorating.
