CHRISTMAS DECORATING | Our First Christmas | fails, decor, candles, trader joe's finds, & more

Dustin and I did some Christmas decorating!! After our date night, we decided to get in the holiday spirit and decorate for Christmas! We headed to my storage unit and got everything we needed (&& more)!
We started with the tree and my Christmas lights failed me. Then we started decorating around the rest of the apartment. Throughout out our Christmas decorating, we discussed some Christmas traditions that we have and want to share when we have our family. You'll also get to see some Trader Joe's Christmas treats we're loving, my insane holiday candle collection, and how the rest of the apartment turned out.
We didn't get the tree and some other bits done just yet but sure to come back next Saturday to check out our tree and the rest of our decorations!

Typically, I put up Christmas decorations after Thanksgiving. I love peppermint bark especially Ghirardelli. I LOVE candles but not a fan of "holiday" scents. 🤷🏽‍♀️ The decorations look GREAT! Tfs

The lights aren’t all bad. You have a bad bulb in one of the strands and it is the reason the strings aren’t working. It’s jus tedious to find the bad bulbs.
