I often prepare this dough, it takes less than five minutes to have it ready, I add a little unsalted butter, and orange juice to it, when dough is done I add whipped cream. Perfect dough or if made thinner it can be used as a spread for cakes!!!! So yes it would take less than 5 minutes to prepare the dough!!!!

Bonjour, je suis tombée par hasard ( qui fait bien les choses ) sur votre vidéo, je ne comprends pas pourquoi on vous critique sur le temps de travail, qu'est ce que ça peut faire si on met, 5mn, 5h ou toute une journée, chacun prend le temps qu'il veut et si dans le titre, il y a écrit " en 05 mn ", ce n 'est pas grave, on s'est très bien que ça prend un peu plus de temps. A part ça, votre dessert à l'air très bon et je vais essayer de le réaliser, peu importe le temps qu'il me faudra. Merci pour votre partage. Gros bisous de Corse ( France )
