Looks mighty ono. As a widow away from home of Oahu I spend my holidays alone now with my dogs (one just passed in Oct). I don't bother cooking for myself anything special. So I had mash potatoes with brussles sprouts and curry chicken breast. I'm sure yours was much tastier. 🤤🤙

I made ham, mashed potatoes and asparagus on Christmas eve and then on Christmas day I did a brunch with ham/asparagus Quiche, sweet and sour meatballs, ambrosia salad, greenbeans, roasted sweet potatoes and homeade christmas cookies and candies.

Yummy yummy yummy!!! My girl made goose on Christmas day and turkey on the eve with everything tasty you can think of. My Puerto Rican grandma used to make pateles and gondure rice ... Miss that. On to new traditions, eh?
