You are doing so great! Two ten minute walks a day is a good goal. That’s what I aim for too. (I use the Apple Watch workout app to track my walks and heart rate during the walks.) I don’t always succeed, and some days those walks are only pacing around my house, but it’s okay. Just having the goal gets me moving more than I otherwise would.

You should try the pure CBD oil. I get it for hip pain and it really works for me. I take meds for certain issues and the side effevts are bad migraines and that CBD oil is absolutely brilliant. I always buy the really strong one, I think it's 1,500mg. You just put the required amount of drops under your tongue and leave it under there for 1-2 minutes and just swallow it. The taste is ummm...different let's say but if you can get past it, I'd say defo worth ago. You can also get pure CBD joint cream too. I also have that and can definitely notice a difference. Anyway, I'll leave you with the idea. Great videos and hope the knitted Holly bear is proving effective in looking after you 🤗

Woah I just went through reddit and are these people crazy?? Why don’t they have anything better to do? I’m housebound with nothing to do and still can’t imagine having enough time on my hands to care THAT much about the tiny little details of everyone’s lives. Even if you do think someone is faking, what’s the point of even publicizing that thought? I just don’t think it does anything but make everyone angry. The people posting about it seem angry and I can’t imagine it feels good for the person being talked about. If these people are sick, shame on them for bringing everyone else into their negativity. I would never think to make another chronically ill person feel bad about their personal experiences because I know how I’ve been made to feel about mine sometimes and I know how conflicting everything can be. Seems like a colossal waste of time and energy spent worried about other people’s lives that don’t effect them in the slightest. It seems like these people have had experiences where they aren’t believed and they find people to pinpoint/blame as “fakers” in order to explain why people haven’t believed them in the past. I keep seeing “this doctor did this thing because he had one patient who had this and now he’s stuck in that mindset” ok well that’s not Amy’s fault is it? Sounds more like you need a new doctor who treats every patient to their specific needs than blaming other patients for your doctors incompetence.
