I love your family's traditions!!! Our tradition is first on November 30th we have a Christmas kickoff box with an advent calendar, Christmas pajamas, a Christmas decoration, a Christmas movie, and a Christmas ornament. December 5th Santa comes to get our letters and on the 6th leaves treats, goodies, and surprises in our Christmas boots. Christmas Eve we have our Christmas boxes with foods, drinks, candy, goodies, etc. Christmas Day we open gifts, do sibling gift exchanges, open our stockings, etc. Then we go to our grandparents house to open more gifts, open our Christmas bag, and open the ornaments with a paper saying what gift/money/gift card, etc., that you get. The one that gets the picture gets a big gift. Our Christmas Eve dinner is Chili, but our Christmas Day dinner is a pasta dish. Our big holiday dinner is the weekend before Christmas so everyone can come, and it makes Christmas Day easier. We spend more time with family too.

Ok the lemon chicken looked amazing!!! Now, if y’all like lemon chicken and/or casseroles then your family would totally love this next recipe! Shanna, you will have to double the ingredients. Chicken breast 1 lb-boil in water until cooked Broccoli 1 lb- steam the broccoli Cream of Chicken- 1 large Campbells Can Mayo- 1 cup Lemons-(real lemons) (3) Panko bread crumbs/Bread crumbs (eye ball this as this mix will go on top) Mexican shredded cheese blend 1 lb White rice 1 lb- boil or steam Ok, so you will combine your cream of chicken, mayo, and lemon juice together. Cut your boiled chicken up to the size your family prefers. Then take your steamed broccoli and chopped chicken and add to your mix of cream of chicken, mayo and lemon juice (you will need to taste test possibly to your liking). Mix up really good, pour into your casserole dish. Last,sprinkle your panko/bread crumbs on top then place in oven for 35 minutes. Very important step: place your shredded cheese blend on top of the casserole approx., 10-12 minutes before the entire dish is complete. RICE-- you will place your chicken/broccoli casserole on top of your rice as the very last step! Then enjoy!!!
