Andrea, thank you so much for teaching me so many techniques, to think in broader terms, for great layering techniques, for sharing, and for being so generous. I do hope the sore throat crud leaves you alone for the holiday. My hubby has been sick for 2 weeks now and I’ve done everything I can to stay healthy, but woke up this morning feeling less than well. TOTALLY amazing Andrea, thank you for sharing your gifts with us all. I am getting a bit 'braver' with making these journals with watching what you are making :) Where we are in Aus it is not a good place in the Adelaide Hills and on Kangaroo Island. It would appear the whole of Australia is burning and I tend to agree with you, 'treasures' can generally be cleaned up after a flood, but not after a fire has gone through. Our volunteer fire fighters Australia wide are legends and heroes. Thank you for thinking of us all here. May you and your family have a very blessed time together. Oh, I use a tablet form of Echinacea, Garlic, Vitamin C and Zinc when I feel any lurgies wanting to come pay a visit. I also drink Aloe Vera juice, that is great for throats. Kick what ever is trying to come along for Christmas to the kerb real fast so you can ENJOY this time with your family and friends.

So sorry you are getting a cold again. Try Airborne it has alot of zinc in it and works great. You can take more than one a day it's like vitamin C you can't over use it. It always gives me a boost and helps get over the crud fast. I notice a big difference in a day. You have a great Holiday with your family. I know great things are in store for you in 2020.....
