I had partly that problem and the part where her voiced mad3 this squealing feedback noise... like fingernails on the chalkboard.... the volume would go way up and then back down... so annoying... otherwise it would have been a great video...

New sub here! 👋 love your ideas! I instantly added that planner and little backpack to my target cart. I don’t even care if it doesn’t arrive until after Christmas, I know she will love them! She is 9 too. Her big gift this year was a new iPad. I also got her a makeup kit from Ulta since she is really getting into that stuff now. I don’t allow her to wear it to school yet, but I do let her do it for fun at home and it gets her some practice. We had to get a bunch of clothes and new shoes this year too. idk what it is but 9 seems to be a major growth spurt year! We also got her some kids cook books because she is loving learning how to cook.

Great gifts! I know your daughter will be excited on Christmas!!! We have 3 daughters! I have a 10 year old, 8 year old and 7 year old! Our 10 year old is getting a hoverboard from Santa (and a bunch more stuff) and she asked for Rainbocorns, makeup and clothes! So she is getting all of that! Lol Our 8 year old is getting an new bike from Santa (and a bunch of other stuff too) and she asked for a JOJO Siwa my life doll, art stuff and Rainbow High dolls. She is getting all of that lol! Our 7 year old has Down syndrome and still likes more toddler stuff like Minnie Mouse and Peppa Pig...BUT, she is FINALLY getting into Disney Princess stuff! So, Santa is bringing her a Disney Princess scooter and a Minnie Mouse hotel (among other things) and we got her a Disney Princess palace and dolls to go with it, play doh and a leap start because we want her to learn to read!!! This year we did around 15 gifts from mom and dad and around 15 from Santa. We usually don’t get them that much....BUT 2020!!! 🤣

Wow, what a big and wonderful Christmas you guys must have had... I’ve always loved to spoil my son and step daughter... I typically bought like 1 to 2 presents every month and stashed them away... so that helped my budget... and I was very lucky because my son LOVED his toys and rarely changed interests throughout the year (like some kids who get hooked on one thing only to change their mind 2 months later....).. my son was an only child for much of his life and he loved to collect certain toys... (like all of the small Star Wars action figures - do u know how many characters there were in all 6 Star Wars movies and tv shows?) lol.... He also loved Play Mobile toy sets (knights and pirate).... we played with them nearly every single day from age 4 yo to maybe 11 or 12? He collected movies and books and watched and read them over and over... along with some video games... he never liked change at all....he kept such good care of his action figures and Play Mobile toys that they are now packed away for his kids/ our grandkids.. I strongly recommend Play Mobile toys for your boys! Worth the investment...

Sorry I meant to offer you a few suggestions for your daughter (like you requested) - I highly recommend a boxed set of books every year to encourage reading - there are some great book series like The Magic Treehouse (on the younger side - also great for your boys) a boy and girl time travel all over the world and visit so many time periods... it introduces kids to other cultures and history... Twisted Tales (like a twist on famous fairy tale stories)... Disney Villians... so many more... I also suggest that you try to really drill down on her favorite interests, (does she like animals - if so, which are her favorites... like if she really likes drawing and coloring ?) there are some great wood boxed sets of markers, colored pencils, etc (more mature than the young kids version you purchased) and you can buy all sorts of adult coloring books - even available at Dollar Tree... you can include a nice sketchbook with high quality paper.. there are fashion sketch books where you can design your own clothes (again focus on your child’s interests) and there’s loads of books on learning to draw animals, cartoons, houses, etc etc.. would make one great present put together - there are so many Scratch off books, color by number, paint by number and even books where you create large pictures (like old posters or animals, etc) with a bunch of small stickers - kind of a stick by number..lol.- all on Amazon... I really love them..., so if your daughter is creative she would love them... you could also introduce her to make up by putting a set together or buy a holiday set from large stores like kohls etc., plus a great face wash, etc.. or maybe a set of nail polishes (gels), hail files (the multiple sided ones), press on nails, and maybe a gift card for you and her to get your nails done together at a salon?.... I could go on and on... I skipped toys because you mostly have that covered.. Target has a huge collection of board games (and puzzles at Christmas) that everyone in the family can play/ (family game night is a special time every week, especially during the pandemic) or ones her and her friends can play...Some great games are Ticket To Ride, Catan, dominos, exploding kittens, Disney Villains (for older kids and adults only)... Banana grams, monopoly, uno, poker and other card games, I can’t think of any more... but we have 15 to 20 games downstairs that my teen son, his girlfriend and I love to play - weve developed a big collection throughout 2020 mostly from Amazon, and Target, but also scored some amazing ones at our local thrift store for $2 each...including puzzles.... the older teen kids even play games like candy land, guess who, trouble, sorry, battleship, etc and love them! I hope I gave you some good ideas for birthdays and next Christmas... Happy Holidays from our family to yours! 💕

2020 has been the worst year for me since 2005. In 2005 I was finally seizure free enough to go out and do things and 2020 I have been stuck inside so much it also still feels like back when I was having multiple seizures so couldn’t go out alone. Life was so depressing back then and at times it has been depressing this year when we have been in lockdown. I can’t wait for a happy Christmas to bring some much needed cheer to this horrible year.

Awesome gifts as usual!! My daughter is 8. I use the 4 categories thing to keep me kinda on track 😂 So her wear is a couple jogger sets. Read: 2 unicorn graphic novels. Need: I typically do memberships but with covid we decided to get her a 6 months subscription to kiwico doodle box, headphones, and a board game. For her want she got a Barbie barn and doll for it. I also got her a Kid’s GoPro which I am super excited about and got her a tripod for it. Her Santa gift is a box full of LOL dolls just a assortment of balls lol. My parents got her the LOl clubhouse! Which was such a good deal for what it is and then she wanted a rainbocorn the wild series one.

I nanny a 9 year old girl ( 10 in March-how is that possible?) and she is super into arts and crafts ( sewing, drawing, creating), fashion, doing her hair, baking/cooking/food and Harry Potter. I usually get her ( and her 6 year old brother) a book, a craft kit/art supply, some sweets or chocolate and a game/puzzle. It is definitely getting harder to get her things! So far, I have a colouring book of illustrations from books by her favourite author, a pouch with a rainbow, filled with hair bands, a scrunchie and some foam bendy rollers as she wants to have curly hair. I still want to get her a cushion ( either with an ice cream print or a Harry Potter one), a Lush bubble bar, a Hermione wand pen, a notebook possibly with some pens and some sort of game or puzzle ( I saw one of monuments around the world, but it is 1000 pieces!).

I’ve seen them on many of these type of videos.... if you are adding a toy or anything, I think many of the items on this video are too young for a 9 yo... it’s better to err on the side of too mature rather than too young... there are some really nice art sets in wooden boxes and great book sets for 9/10 yo.... Twisted Tales is great and another I can’t think of right now...lol... I’m sure she will love the Vans... they also have nice clothing.. good luck..

My almost 11 year still likes LOL dolls she wanted the arcade boy ones! So I got her 2 and was like that’s it but then I was at Walmart and they had a full boxed set out and had the girl. There’s only 1 girl per boxed set so I got her the girl! Sketchers are awesome that’s all my daughter wears especially the cool wear ones for her sweaty feet!

That’s crazy to get a 9 year old an iPhone 11 !!! I mean if ur is mature enough to take care of it and all that’s ur choice. But mine won’t be getting a phone till she’s 12. I myself just got a new iPhone 11 purple !! My daughter loves mine though so ur daughter will for sure lol

Yes, the police found it almost a week after it was stolen. It had been wrecked and abandoned! It was totaled and we are waiting on our insurance before getting a new one. 😩

i bought kinetic sand for my son and he absolutely loved it but it was so messy and i ended up having to get rid of it because he was trying to bring it into his room at night to play with it . its very sensory but just very messy.

Sketcher uncool? I don’t know what planet those parents are on. Sketchers are very cool. They can be expensive so Iv heard planty of parents say they won’t buy their kids sketchers or Ugg’s or other designer brands as kids feet grow so quickly. Sketchers also make some of the most comfortable shoes. I bought a pair of sketchers shoes a few years back & I have never looked back since. Pretty much every shoes I bought since have been sketchers because they both look great & feel great.
