Thank you Donna, yes Gaynor had spoiled me - Christmas pudding is a rich dark moist cake that is full of fruit and nuts and Brandy it is steamed so stays really soft and moist - it is not to everyone’s taste - it is usually served with brandy sauce or custard or cream and Christmas cake is like a baked version of the pudding that is covered in marzipan and iced 🥰🥰
