I love the red. The neutral is pretty but feel it might be nicely suited to a busier environment for toned down elegance. But your home is already so neutral in all the interior finishes and furnishings. So feel the red adds some beautiful dimension and interest. It's so festive and turned out gorgeous.

I used to be afraid of color also, until I started using festive color in pillows, ribbon, etc...To me life is full of different shades of dark and light. I looked at my home and realized how sterile and cold it looked...just an absence of color or rather, I brought life back into our home.
