What a lovely home, I especially enjoy how Ms. Taylor explains her design process. As a new graduate of Interior Design B.F.A. (April 2024), I find this segment very inspiring and saved it to reference to a painting by Spanish Artist, Bartolomé Esteban Perez Murillo's La Niña y Dueña. Also, my favorite colors are blue, green, carmel, off whites - like those presented. I especially love the Master Suite and bathroom. Well done and thank you for sharing. Best wishes for a Happy and Peace filled Joyous Holiday Season that carries us throughout the New Year.

If you can't watch these kind of homes without feeling resentful, than you shouldn't. Yes, this house is very lux and the pieces very high end, yet this is her lifestyle. From listening to her, she speaks of a family that had money. We must all except there are people who are richer, prettier, smarter than we are. Learn to be content and blessed where you are.

I just love love the style of this home ,the music room with the pine paneling is stunning ,I m currently looking for new curtains for a large sliding window door,I will definitively look at taffeta ,it looks so rich and luxurious , I thought the kitchen was a little disppointing compared to the the rest of the house ,just another blah white kitchen with white cabinets, it could have been a much more traditional style with country French cabinets ,and a lacange stove,maybe a more rustic style for the hood ,I don't know,it was just so plain for the home , anyway , my idea ,and there are many many "santoniers" who design and make santons by hand ,you need to look in the south of France where they originated . thank you for showing us your amazing home

I do agree that the Homeworthy tours are time consuming compared to the competition of new design channels on You Tube and other channels altogether. Did you ever slow down enough to realize she's quite likely to read these comments and see your cruel remark and be quite hurt by it.?? There was absolutely no good reason to say such a thing. Please try to be kinder, or at least be quiet.
@vanessazlatic78499 күн бұрын
@@watthaile2053 Yes, I did. Did you ever consider that sometimes you have to be "cruel" to be kind? When I was about 19, a good friend of mine pointed out something to me that was like a slap in the face at the time, but literally CHANGED MY LIFE! It was not an insult. She did not mean to hurt me (just as I didn't mean to hurt this beautiful accomplished woman). It was my friend pointing out something that made HER feel bad and while it stung, it gave me the fortitude to make a small change. This lady is so beautiful and talented that if she wanted to she could easily get rid of the annoying child-like nasal speaking voice - probably in 3 voice lessons, and she would learn to breath properly while doing it, which is actually good for you! If she is reading this, as you suggest, I can easily offer a voice coach who would make her pleasant to converse with at parties, when doing presentations, public speaking. Seriously. My daughter is a voice coach who has done exactly that for a gentleman who is 70 years old. If he could fix it, I'm sure she would have no problems. He is happier now than a lark. He sings in a church choir because he likes music but never felt that he was actually contributing. Now he owns the space he walks in, and as he explained just 2 days ago, "I listen to my voice carry back to me in the church and it's resonates and I think to myself, wow is that me"?. You have no idea what lies below a voice like that psychologically. I find your comment quite shallow in a woke kind of way. If you didn't catch on to the fact that I gave praise where it was due but pointed out only my own discomfort about an aspect of the video, then you are not slowing down enough to realize. And I don't say that to hurt your feelings. Don't we always strive to improve what we can about ourselves? How will we know if we never get feedback?
