Hey Signe, I can recommend the Christmas market (or better: markets) in Lübeck in Northern Germany. I have been there many times and always loved it so much. There is even one in a church (much warmer) that is very artsy and crafty.

The Christmas Market in Lübeck is really nice and not that far from you. It spreads all across the old town an has different themed areas. Congratulations to your little family growing again. I have been watching you for years and my favorite videos are the Christmas ones where you video different places you visit locally to you and your travel and vacation vlogs as you find some amazing places to visit. I don't travel at all anymore because of my health but if I did I would love to visit your part of the world. I love little towns and the countryside in countries with rich history and older buildings. I also love simplicity with decor and dressing and I'm one to not want a lot of stuff while married to someone who always seems to buy more things he doesn't need and losses interest in quickly, guess I'm lucky I'm not one of them😄. My oldest son was born on December 20(1978) and we went home on Christmas Eve. He said one time that while he was looking at photos of his birthdays, he noticed in the background all the Christmas decorations. I told him he was fortunate that I made sure to always keep his birthday separate…..a lot of people born in December get overlooked. 💁🏻‍♀️ He at least got birthday presents AND Christmas presents.

Greetings from Southern Germany :) we definitely share the love for Christmas! I used to live in Nürnberg which is know for its Christmas market and I absolutely loved it! It is set up throughout the old medieval town and one square is dedicated to children only. Where I live now each village has a small but usually very charming Christmas market on one weekend in December. This year my little one is half a year old and we are taking him to one which is situated in a forest. I am crossing my fingers for snow! Thank you for so much for your content which I have been following since 2016. Because of you I even got my job at that jewelry brand where you had your white label!
