In this video, I unbox a gift box from a generous viewer which contains some truly wonderful and special decks. There are a couple of decks that were on my wishlist, but most I had no idea of their existence, so this has been a wonderful surprise! What a fantastic treasure trove of decks, the best medicine to cheer you up when feeling poorly. Some unusual ones i hadn't come across before. I particularly enjoyed the vintage sewing one and who doesn't love some Baba Studio's 😍😍😍 I really liked the self love tarot but have the gentle tarot which i also felt had a similar energy so havn't gotten that one yet. Hope you feel better soon ☺

It was a fun diversion! I have had my eye on the Gentle Tarot for awhile, but now that I have the Self Love Tarot…that may scratch the itch? Oh the Tailor’s Tarot is an absolute treasure!

I have a corset that was fit to me - and it feels WONDERFUL.... :) It's something I truly love to wear on the occasion I get to wear it.... it provides wonderful back support... it can cause some restriction in the lungs if pulled very tight of course -- but the boning actually feels very supportive! :) Just had to chime in on that point LOL. OMG THE JOE SPARROW! I remember when I first spotted it - it is such an interesting deck! The Outgrow Yourself is really special! :)

I’m jealous…I would love to have a corset made for me 😁! I’ve only had the experience in wearing faux corsets in the way of peasant girl ballet costumes 😆. I’m really intrigued by the Outgrow Yourself deck. I watched your video on it and now have to watch Dawn Michelle’s. Right off the bat, it feels more like an oracle deck to me, but I’ll definitely try it as a tarot deck as well.

@@oldsoulmermaid1543 It functions more as an Oracle deck for me too - though knowing how it overlaps with Tarot gives you so many possibilities when using it! :D Get you a corset!

Love these decks! I especially like ‘Tarot Of The Tailors’ because we have the same Singer Sewing machine you pump with your foot! Around 1963, my father purchased the sewing machine for $5 that was for sale on the side of the road. The sewing machine still works perfectly to this day! Thank you for this wonderful video. 💙

Oh, Barb! I wish I had my grandmother’s old machines! I had t picked up sewing yet at the time she died. What a missed opportunity. Old vintage machines are so beautiful!

@@oldsoulmermaid1543 Yes, they bring back fond memories. The antique Singer Sewing machine is nicely made and runs so smoothly compared to my electric sewing machine. It’s built in oak wood that’s in perfect shape. My father seemed to have a knack for finding great deals. He would have loved your 1/2 Price store! 🙂

I think Lisa Papez and Dawn Michelle did a collaboration where Lisa used the Outgrow yourself as a tarot and Dawn Michelle as an oracle. I’ll be interested to hear how you get on with it.

Yes, I think I saw at least one of those videos! I’ve been playing with it and it does feel more like an oracle deck to me, which is probably how I’ll start using it and then go from there.

Tailor's reminds me of Morgan's Tarot, another fun quirky b&w deck! And you're correct re corsets. In my younger years I had a custom one, fit & function make the difference 😊💜

None of us do! I think it was more of a humorous reminder of her rebellion and her inquisitiveness. I guess, although with way too much angst, we had good qualities back then that formed us and made us what we are today. Anyway, she gives a great description of the deck, and why she likes it, in that video. I don’t have it myself. Congratulations on all you great gifts. 💕

Thank you so much ☺️! I don’t have it yet, but plan to order it tomorrow (pay day!). I’ve been foaming at the over that deck since I found out about it, but I’ve had other expenses that have taken precedence. But you’re right…it’s totally what I go crazy over!
