Here you go Kim. You can use fresh or frozen fruit. I have used strawberries, cherries, blueberries or banana so far & the grands love it if I throw a 1/2 cup of chocolate chips in the mix. Ma-Ma's Strawberry Bread 3 cups flour 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking soda 2 cups sugar 1 tsp salt 1 1/4 cups cooking oil 4 eggs well beaten 2 1/2 cups sliced strawberries Mix all the dry ingredients, make a hole in the middle and pour in all wet ingredients. Mic by hand or I use a mixer to get the juice all through the bread. Pour into 2 oiled & floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees f for @ 1 hour in a preheated oven. Serve warm or room temperature. I usually wrap up the second loaf & freeze for later. Let me know how it goes!

The baby blanket you’re working on is cute, I generally crochet star blankets so it’s nice to see think about using this one as a swap for that 🙂

I am definitely making more. I did a star blanket years ago for our granddaughter...1st grandchild she had tons of crocheted items Buddy had some too just not as many 🤣

Hello Belinda! I found your channel through Mandy giving you a mention on her podcast. I am British, married to a Texan (from Austin) who was formerly a psychiatric nurse in the USN. We have been married for 18 years, but always lived in England. I can’t count the number of times I have visited Texas and my lovely in laws. Today is a scorching 64F here…much more to my liking than Texan temperatures! We will be celebrating 4th of July tomorrow with (vegan) chilli and cornbread. I shall now go an catch up on some of your other podcasts. Jinny
