Christmas in July challenge layout

I created this layout for a challenge in the Scrapbook Nerd friends group on Facebook. The challenge was to create something to document a tradition. Of course our elf on the shelf is certainly a tradition if not a regrettable one, lol.
I started by creating a sketch in design space which helped me to build the title which is the main focus of the layout. I went through my huge stash of Christmas papers and found the Teresa Collins Tinsel & Co. Collection which had this lovely red tree paper. I knew it would make a great background for my photos.
