I would say it is. Depending on what you like, you can choose the beach/area you will stay at. For me, it has been and always will be Lonely beach ,for social hangouts, Cafe del Sunshine is a great place to chat with other travellers.

yes its fine, it's normally dry then, but April is the hottest time of the year. Happy New Year mate..
