Stan and kyle became miserable and decided they would try and stop kenny from dying without his coat to fix the timeline, then they realized them disbanding caused this so cartman sacrificed everything and became a homeless alcoholic.

I hope this song gets the respect and care it deserves. It’s an a amazing song about a horrible real world story. And one that still happens today indeed. I wish anyone experienced something like this the best.. Explanation: The story that this song is about: Ronnie Spector, who is a 60s Pop star who was abused and locked up by her husband Phil Spector, a songwriter, who used her for fame. In an attempt to keep her with him he adopted two twins as “Gifts “ On christmas. dubbed the Christmas Kids- the name of this song. Ronnie eventually escaped, but was unable to change her name due to being known under the name, Ronnie Spector. This is shown in the lyric “Change your name or change your mind” this was done so she could continue in the music industry. This song is supposed to be for awareness. (This is sort of a repost, just to spread the info.) Edit: Thanks for liking this so much, I didn’t expect it to be noticed that much. I changed the wording, so people could understand better. I just learned about the story behind this song and honestly, besides the core story about Ronnie & Phil Spector, the themes of living with such severe pain, trauma, & guilt decades after the terrible events took place,, those lines really fit South Park I think. Maybe I’m overanalyzing, but I love so much that we as people can make such horrible things into beautiful art, rework them, reference them, feel every part of them in every capacity. And we can take something like South Park that a lot of people just see as stupidly offensive, and run with it however we like. We can read the bits of sincerity between the lines and transform what we feel & what we take from it into such, such beautiful art, and a beautiful community. We, as people, can love and feel and create with everything we have, with all our hearts. Thank you, for being an example of this heart & passion.💖

South Park's first short was a Christmas Short made back in the early 90s, and later in post covid, most of them move out of South Park (except Kyle), and they know each other still. While some like Butters did change their name, and Cartman changed his mind about judiasm.
