Remember peeps who are sensitive, empathetic and imaginative tend to have anxiety. When you can imagine the worst case scenario- you can also imagine positive outcomes. I need to remember that myself. I also have a couple of friends who have NEVER had an anxiety episode or panic attack. So it is part of the way we are wired. The positive side is I know I am more moved by music, movies, books, art, nature and our incredible journey being human.⭐️✝️❤️🙏

This message today really hit hard. I often feel like I’m not doing enough to build the life I desire because of family commitments. I’m left exhausted and depleted most weeks and feel like a failure when I am not working towards my dreams. It’s very easy to utter words of encouragement to others yet when it’s time to speak to myself I find it hard to implement and take my own advice. Been praying for you over that last vlog about ANXIETY. I know how you feel and am blessed to have 2 friends who suffer from chronic anxiety. (I don't mean I am happy they have it. I am happy to have friends who can understand how I feel. And vice versa.) You had some stressers before your outing. And you didn't sleep well the night before. I find that anxiety can rear its insidious self when I have had insomnia or a few nights battling insomnia. But Mo, you might have SAD and that could exercerbate anxiety. You were so brave to voice your feelings and recognize or identify triggers that might make anxiety more problematic. And so great that Landon and friends were there to support and uphold you. Remember, feelings come and go. Anxiety is usually thought driven, but can be brought on by scents, events, ambience and even others talking about how great they are doing. Just say, "This too shall pass. I am brave, wondrous and ok." ❤❤❤ Luv you, Mo. Thanks for being you. You are MORE than you think! 😘

I’m impressed at your enthusiasm to continue vlogmas and not being down spirited about losing subscribers. Many wouldn’t. Vlogmas seems to be more about depth with your super fans, not really acquiring new subscribers so I feel like you’re seeing it for what it is. And it’s still adding value to your channel, even if the on paper “numbers” don’t show it

Thank you for sharing ❤ It is so refreshing to see that you do not hide the authentic feelings that can come up for you in daily life - it offers welcome perspective 🥰 Last week I went away for a weekend city trip with my husband. It was during that time of the month when my anxiety is usually higher than normal. I had a panic attack while walking on the street. I clenched my husbands hand really hard and felt embarrassed if people saw me. I was happy to be in our hotel room. It is so courageous to feel the anxiety, take our space and time to tend to it and afterwards go about life again. It is a horrible feeling to be so overwhelmed. Luckily it always passes and we’re reminded that we are human and get to experience all of these emotions ❤ I’m happy that there is more openness about this nowadays, thank you so much for being a part of that.

Some people had to leave halfway through. So, if you get motion sickness, I wouldn't recommend it. I hope you're having a lovely Portland December!
