Beef Stroganoff with Tapioca

Ingredients

1. Beef Tenderloin 500 gms
2.Butter 25 gms
3.Onion 1 no
4.Mushrooms 3 big no
5.Maida 1 Tbsp
6.Milk 2 cup
7. Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
8. Salt 1/2 tsp
9.mustard paste 1 tsp
10.beef stock 1/2 cup
For Tapioca mash
*******************
1. Tapioca 250 gms cooked
2. coconut oil 2 tbsp
3. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
4.Dry chilli 3 no
5.curry leaves 5 no
6.Turmeric pdr pinch
7.salt 1/4 tsp
Method

1. Cut beef in big pieces and wash and cook in a pressure cooker with salt, 1 tbsp soya sauce, and 1/2 tsp crushed pepper. min 3 whistle.
keep cool and put it in the freezer for 20 min for easy cutting.
2.In a pot add butter and make it heat.
3.add chopped onion and saute for till soft.
4.add sliced mushrooms and again cook for 3-5 min.
5. add maida and cook till the raw smell goes away.
6.add 2 cups of milk and stir continuously.
7.add salt and pepper.
8.add some stock water and cook.
9.add beef strips and boil for 2 min.
10. add cream and remove from gas.
For Tapioca mash

1.In a pan add coconut oil and heat.
2.add mustard seeds, crakle then add dry chilli, curry leaves and little turmeric pdr and tapioca and salt if requred.
mix well and remove from gas and arrange in a curry bowl.
