I think Oslo is big city, to save living expenses we can leave outskirts of Oslo city is it better Option??? for immigrants.

Yes actually Oslo is a very small city and there are many areas which are not very far from Oslo and are comparatively less expensive. Also most of the new projects in Oslo are now coming up in those municipalities. Not only immigrants even some norwegians prefer to live outside the city.

Norwegians are not very social but they behave nicely with immigrants but making friends with Norwegians is little difficult. This is as per my experience 😊
