Christmas Market Maastricht (Netherlands)

Today we went to the Christmas Market from Maastricht on the Vrijthof square.
Christmas time is the best time of the year to visit it the beautiful city of Maastricht! The city, which is located in Limburg (south part of Netherlands), is one of the best places in The Netherlands to get into the Christmas mood! During the holiday season, the city transform itself in a Christmas city with thousand lights each year, especially on the Vrijthof square, the heart of the city, Where the Magical Christmas Market takes place every year! Maastricht is close to Valkenburg, the most famous Christmas town of The Netherlands! Valkenburg has been famous for over 30 years now and is one of the most unique place as its Christmas markets are located in caves!
