Nice video, thanks! FYI 9:12 It’s “Dod pieci!” (High Five!) charity marathon, a part of an international project called “Serious Request”, in which radio DJs in different European countries broadcast for a week from a special glass studio, putting the focus on a specific group or socially relevant topic chosen by the charity marathon. Everyone is invited to donate in exchange for hearing their favourite song on the radio.

Also, this year the donations were record high, and they managed to raise over 1million for cancer patient medicine

The Agenskalns Tirgus (tirgus is Latvian for market) building is open everyday. The upstairs food court is open until late. The building is closed for cleaning on advertised days.

An excellent video. A special call out to Andris Kreislers (the Director) and his team of the Old Riga Christmas Market. The market was set up in 2000 specifically to bring back holiday Christmas traditions in Latvia and keep it non commercialized and be an outlet for cottage industries while being a destination for Europeans to experience a real Christmas Market.
