No but are accents are normally mistaken for Australian. In this country it is called an eustray accent. This means you live in the area close to the River Thames but, would not be considered a Cockney as you would have to be born in Central London. To give you an idea when we speak we do not tend to use TH and use F instead E.G. Finking instead of Thinking.
