My brother wakes up at 4:30 am to talk to God. I know his faith and prayers have kept us strong. His aunt taught him to trust in God’s healing. Last week, his aunt was diagnosed with lung cancer, but last night during her prayer, God told her she was healed. All symptoms are gone. We woke up at 4:30 am to give thanks for her healing. That is so beautiful. We also still have ours up by choice. I am disabled and I'm in a hospital bed in my parents livingroom and because I love Christmas so much they left the tree up fully decorated so I can enjoy it all the time. It gives off the perfect amount of light at night time so if I wake up I don't feel disoriented or scared. Jesus is my Lord and Saviour & one day I will be completely healed if not on this earth, in Heaven for sure. God bless you 🙏🏻💜🙏🏻

When I was homeless I lived in my car. On cold nights, the rain was comforting. Didn't know how many times I'd hear the comforting sound of the rain on the car. Didn't realize I would miss it. As a kid, I loved Christmas time, Christmas music, the thought of gifts under the tree and eggnog by the fireside. However, the harshness and reality of life as an adult have taken that away, but we are not to live in fantasy, but life as it is presented to us, and within that life we must find a way to give and be given to, for there is nothing else in life that matters. Christ suffered greatly here on earth. His life was far from peaceful, even in the scriptures He states "Think not that I am come to send peace on earth. I came not to send peace, but a sword." Mathew `10: 24-36. He and his disciples were harassed, burned, tortured, and slaughtered. There is ultimate peace, but it is not to be found here on earth. Peace comes only in knowing that you're doing what's right and putting your treasures up in heaven, not here on earth. God bless and stay strong.
