Wow, incredible! Never would have thought to use gauze or sisal. It makes a great texture. I have been learning so much watching you paint & blend colors. I'm usually too afraid to use darker colors, but you make it look so easy. Thank you for sharing! Happy holidays :-)

When do you dry the ball? before painting? and do you varnish after? Your work is stunning

I dry the work after painting with primer, after gluing impressions, after painting and after varnishing. I varnish the work at the end, but sometimes I skip this step so as not to lose the texture, it all depends on what effect you like :) even without varnish, the paints will harden so much after time that even rubbing them vigorously with a damp cloth will not wash them off :)

Очень красиво, замечательно. Чтобы создать эффект"морщиности" ещё можно на шар наклеить тонкую, хорошо скомканную бумагу. Такую бумагу обычно продают вместе с обувью, бумага похожа на пергамент.

Beautiful, but I was waiting to see how did you glue the metallic pin to hang it. Did you make a hole and then added glue to the pin prio to inserting it in the globe? Thanks!

Thank you! 😊 the hole was made by the wooden sticks. Then I just inserted the Heavy Body Gel into it and placed the pin. Left it for 1 night and that's it 😀

Thank you! ❤️ It took 3 evenings. The first evening I did the background and the entire composition of super light mass expressions - it needs to dry for several hours. The next day I painted everything and let it dry well. The last evening I applied 1 layer of varnish.
