You should get dip which is acrylic powder! You can still get it on your natural nails but it’s way stronger than gel polish and it lasts way longer

Nail tech here!! I loved the nail talk today lol. I’m a builder gel girl or gel extensions girl through and through. You should look into it! Mostly bc the smell of acrylic bothers me so much and takes forever. I love how natural and beautiful Builder gel is and how you can use it to protect your natural nail as you grow them out ☺️

Have you tried dip nail manicures? They allow your natural nails to grow out long and don’t chip at all. And they last 3 weeks or longer (I only get them redone at that point because of the grow out).

you should look into getting your nails done with hard gel!!! Its also called builder gel sometimes!! keeps your natural nails from chipping and way healthier than regular gel and acrylics!!!

Hi Lindsey! I hope you see this, try a structured gel mani instead of a regular one. It’ll still be on your natural nails they’ll give them strength & good structure to grow out. If you do end up. Using your right hand as tools like you said then the structure gel probably still wont work. I suggest still trying it out if you still want to have your natural nails. I definitely love my acrylic nails though

I was looking into it & I read that the cold weather is likely a reason why your nails have been chipping. It's due to the lack of moisture in your nails.

Girl before you give up on gel, please try builder in a bottle! Ask your nail girl if she has it and it she can apply it under your gel polish. It’s almost like a hard gel but it doesn’t peel off like overlay or hard gel sometimes does! The gel with the builder in a bottle has made my nails stronger than when I had dip powder and acrylic nails!

You should try natural nails with dip powder. I go 4 weeks, no chips or cracks and my nails can get SO LONG. I went to a new girl and she was shocked how long my natural nails are
