Hey Yan 圣诞节对很多人来说是让人期待的一个大节日，从選购礼物，包装，再把它送给家人，朋友。 大家收到圣诞礼物都是开心的。如果圣诞节是冬天的国家，家中有真的圣诞树，旁边有火炉，如Matt 坐的搖椅…… 就像你们的家，这样的畫面就如童话故事一样；感觉太棒了❤。 从一早开始的圣诞视频，吃早餐，开始起火在炉子中的过程；拆礼物的喜悦，圣诞大餐的准备和烧烤，看着看着…温馨舒适幸福满满。有机会试着烤那cheese 与蝦的配搭，一定很好吃 。之后沾上cheese的是 potato？ 有点像 瑞士的 fondue。😂。 祝福你们在2023 年有平安与喜乐。

1杯米，我没煮过，你可以试看一块鸡精块调半杯水，先倒1／4杯看看。也要看你的火势，是用什么火煮，我的三杯米用1杯到1杯半之间的鸡汤。因为我不喜欢窿底。不需要芝士。黄姜粉和鸡汤加海鲜很够味了。正宗的要加sweet paprika, saffron threads, fennel seeds, turmeric, cloves or freshly ground black pepper.这些我都免了为了孩子老公的口味，自己吃就要放适合自己的口味都可以的。唯一担心的是焦底。所以水看情形加， 海鲜放点椒盐
