I have a regular Big Shot and an electric Big Shot and I have the Christmas Pine cone dies. Neither of my Big Shots made it easy to get the pieces out. I have a Tim Holtz Vagabond thankfully a gift from a friend. It is a lot tighter than either of my Big Shots. I still ran the die back and forth 4 times due to my experience with my Big Shots. Pieces fell out and I love the die. I just definitely was disappointed until I used the Vagabond.

Did you try running it through the Big Shot upside down, meaning the cutting side is up instead of down. Sometimes that helps for the more detailed dies. Glad it worked for you on the Vagabond.
