After getting in a bad car accident last April 2019, I have amnesia. I struggle with staying on task. Just wanted to say thank you for teaching me how to cook all over again . I love your videos. I love that you don’t play music while teaching us how to cook and your voice is also soothing. I really struggle with tone. I find loud voices, crying kids, pet noises, and a busy setting extremely hard for me to follow. Thanks for not doing that. Keep up the great work.

I read a tip for crinkle cookies that really works. Roll the cookie in granulated sugar then powdered sugar. The cookies stay white until they are gone!

This video came up in my feed. I burst out laughing when the cake went flying. I think we've all done something like that at some time. I've used several of John's wonderful recipes and had success with every one. Especially like the chocolate sheet cake. Absolutely delicious. The only problem I have is, as I live in the UK, finding alternatives for American ingredients but usually a quick search and problem solved.

I used your Lazer edge sugar cookie recipe in the cookie boxes I made for my daughter's daycare teachers. They turned out amazing, they loved them. Thanks for making and putting out these recipes. I made nearly 200 cookies over the last few days around work and caring for my three month old, so I'm not sure I ever want to see a rolling pin or cookie pan ever again (or at least for a week or two 😉)

Even though I follow the recipe exactly and the pie has the right consistency when I’m done it turns watery thirty minutes after I refrigerate it. It never makes to to the table for dessert.
