Christmas shines brightest at Christmas Town 2023 - Busch Gardens Williamsburg

Busch Gardens really does it up for their Christmas events. Of all the parks we have visited so far, Christmas Town was our #1, but we went to the one in Tampa. The train ride was pretty fun. We are booked for round 2 after Christmas! The Polar Pathway Spectacle of Lights was spectacular!! Ha!! The Grinch song is barely Christmas adjacent!! Lol!! True, and brilliantly stated!

The Christmas Story Show and all the shows look perfect. That would be my favorite part. Seeing all the shows, decorations and lights at night. Gorgeous.

The shows here are so great! It is very easy at this Christmas Town event to have a lovely evening just watching the shows, checking out the decorations, riding the train and having dinner without ever getting on any theme park rides. We had a great night. Thanks for watching and commenting!

Busch Gardens Williamsburg is already a beautiful park any time. But when you add all the Christmas decorations, it is stunning. And the shows are great too! Having seen all your videos, yall would probably be generally disappointed in the food here (lots of 5s and 6s out of 10s). But no park is perfect. This one comes close to perfection at Christmas each year though!

A lovely visit to Busch Gardens there in Williamsburg, Alice and Jack. Would love to see some of the shows and the "A Scrooge No More" sounded like it would be fun. Speaking of Scrooge, Jack. Who doesn't like Dr. Seuss? 🤣🤣I'm thinking it may have been you who stole Christmas! 😁😁But, we agree that the true meaning of Christmas is the best! Loved the colorful train ride. LOL. Jack actually does like Dr. Seuss - and the old Grinch cartoon. (He isn't very enthusiastic about the newer versions.) But he does NOT like people treating that song like a Christmas song. I think the fact that it is in a Christmas cartoon is enough for it to be classified as a Christmas song. I suppose he does have a point that the lyrics of that particular song don't have anything to do with the Christmas holiday as it is just about how bad the Grinch is. But I just like to laugh at his reaction every time it gets played with other Christmas songs during the holidays. We were very impressed that this park doesn't shy away from including the true meaning of Christmas along with Santa and snow men and flying reindeer. This really is a lovely event. Williamsburg is such a great area! 10 million lights! WOW! I love that it has the Sesame Street characters! Emily would fight you tooth and nail about not including the grinch song as a Christmas song LOL!!!

Williamsburg is an amazing place! Especially at Christmas. This park is so well decorated with all those lights. I am ok with Emily believing "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch" is a Christmas song. But Jack would read yall the lyrics to that song line by line and then ask you if Christmas was ever referenced in any way in that song. Maybe don't bring it up if we ever we meet in person. Can you still ride the rides at Christmas time?

Yes - but not all of the rides are open. Last year, there were three roller coasters operating (DarKoaster, InvadR and Tempesto). There were about 20 other family rides open as well. So not all of them will be available - but there are rides available at Christmas time for you to enjoy. However, the outdoor coasters will stop running if the temperature outside gets close to freezing. Thanks for watching!

Such a huge disappointment.Went there two years ago for the first time they had to wait in the food line for three hours and will absolutely never come back can’t compare to Busch Gardens Tampa not even in the same league
