When we get home, I show y'all the haul and we make Taco Salad for supper!

I got the peppermint cold foam today! They had a lot of nice stuff today! I just ate some of the peppermint icecream while watching this! Lol! Those marshmallows we liked of the trees!! It's my fav song while you put groceries away. It was the song my daughter danced to in the Nutcracker ballet. She was all the characters in the nutcracker and then some. Her faves were the sweets characters. And the country dancers. She was a Spanish lady, French maid, Russian dancer, and of course, doll, clown. But she never wanted to be Clara. She didn't dance enuff for her taste. She worked hard from early Aug try outs and call backs to Jan. of next year, just on that ballet. Then she had to dance in the spring dance. Summers were camps. 17 years of my time invested into that with her. Well, you made me think of all that with those deserts. She was a candy cane one year. Your ice cream made me think of it.😂😅😊❤

Dang it. I'm sorry to hear that. If the surgery costs way too much call your local DHS office and ask what level of medical debt is required to get medicaid to pick up what is remaining of the bill after insurance. I assume they still do that in most states. We will definitely pray for y'all.

Just a random comment. I've watched you bake sweet potato pies which i dearly love. It's made me so hungry for one. And, I'm not a baker. But yesterday I found a fresh, not frozen sweet potato pie in Kroger and even though I live alone, i bought it and have already eaten almost half of it lol. Really love them. Hopefully the next time i go back which will probably be Saturday, they'll still have some. If so, i plan to get a couple and freeze them 🥧🥧🥰

OOOH!!! You found them! But you didn't find the Pfeffernusse (spicier little gingerbread cookies also called Pepper Nuts). I hope you got a fresh package of Iced Gingerbread because if it's not so fresh the bottom tastes a little weird...uhm, sort of a light cardboard consistency? IDK, I love them anyway & was going to go to Aldi's this AM, but transportation couldn't get me a ride back, so hopefully next Wednesday. I am so jealous of your Aldi. We have two of them and both of them are such huge let downs. The Aldi find isles in both stores are practically empty. They have only a handful of Christmas items and the rest is just stuff they didn't sell over the fall.
